This modern interior, measuring 69 m², combines functionality and stylish solutions. The layout includes an entryway, corridor, bathroom, master bedroom, children’s room with a balcony, and a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area.

The key transformation was the expansion of the apartment by incorporating the balcony: the removal of the partition allowed for the creation of a dining area, visually enlarging the space and adding more light. The relocation of utilities, along with carefully selected colors and materials, highlights the modern style of the interior and makes it as practical as possible.

Currently, renovation work is underway, carried out by our team of skilled professionals.
